These bearers provide same day and next day delivery services around Kingston & St. Andrew, Portmore, Spanish Town and Old Harbour Road ONLY. Cutoff for same day delivery on weekdays is 5:00 am. Cutoff for same day delivery on Saturday is 9:00 am. (NOT INCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) Orders placed after cutoff will be delivered on our following business day. (NOT INCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) Packages are shipped Monday to Saturday. Cut-off Points Kingston & St. Andrew - Papine Square - Red Hills Square - Stony Hill Square - Harbour View - Volatile Areas Cut-off Points St. Catherine - Angels - St. Jago Heights - Old Harbour Road (The stoplight at Jacaranda Housing Scheme) - Volatile Areas For safety purposes, receivers who live in volatile areas are asked to meet either on the main road, the closest ZOSO check point to them, or the neighboring police station. We do not provide home delivery to volatile areas. Zipmail ($1050) Courtesy of Jamaica Post, Zipmail is an island wide courier service that ships packages to your nearest available post office. The cost is only $500 (Post to Post) and shipping takes 1-3 business days. Payment has to be made prior to shipping. A $550 drop off fee (bearer) is charged for this service and valid government issued ID is required to collect packages. Packages are shipped Monday to Friday. NB. Payment must be confirmed by our daily cutoff to be shipped same day. Packages are not shipped until payment reflects in our bank account. Knutsford Express ($550) Knutsford Express is a reliable, island wide courier service with branches in 13 of the 14 parishes (St. Thomas not included). They offer same day/next day shipping and packages are delivered in only a few hours. A fee of $700 is charged by Knutsford Express upon collection of all packages and a valid government issued ID is required. Payment has to be made to our account prior to shipping. A $550 drop off fee (bearer) is charged for this service. Packages are shipped Monday to Saturday. NB. Payment must be confirmed by our daily cutoff time to be shipped same day. Packages are not shipped until payment reflects in our bank account. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the stipulated time frame, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer. Please note Katwalk Kouture By K does not accept responsibility for packages that are stolen, lost or damaged once it has been handed over to the relevant shipping agencies.

We do not issue cash refunds, exchange or store credit only. We do not offer exchanges on the following items: * Discounted Items * Sale items * White Clothing * Swimwear * Bodysuits * Free gifts or Promotional items Criteria For Returnable Items * Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, signs of wear or any other damages. * Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Return Time Allowance Delivery By Bearer: Items should be returned within 1 business day following delivery date. Zipmail: Items should be returned within 4 business days of the drop-off date. Knutsford Express: Items should be returned within 2 business days following drop-off date. Return and Exchange Fees All charges associated with the exchange and/or return of packages is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty product we will cover the cost for the return. All items for return/exchange are subject to inspection by Katwalk Kouture By K before any return, exchange or store credit will be issued. Katwalk Kouture By K reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges or requests for store credit where the customer fails to comply with the stipulations outlined above.
